Travel Coverage. All plans include emergency travel coverage for emergencies on trips made in Canada, the United States and Mexico. For persons under age 55, coverage is for trips of 365 days or less, while applicants age 55-79 are covered for trips of 180 days or less.

GMS Customer Service. Call GMS travel medical assistance toll-free for help obtaining treatment and coordinating your care. When it comes time to pay the bills, many health care providers will bill GMS directly; send other bills to GMS for prompt payment or reimbursement.
